Manager positions (Tool room and Production)

Role:

Lead production/tool room teams
Align with ISO/QMS standards as applicable to the respective department
Effective coordination with other departments
Finalize and achieve the quality objectives implementation of corrective & preventive actions
Timely closure of Internal Audit non-conformities / Internal – External non-conformities.
Drive operational KPIs
Follow the QMS procedure.
Review of daily, weekly & monthly meetings
Ensure safety, quality, and team development
Manpower handling, identifying training needs, and evaluation of operators
Tool validation, troubleshooting, and preventive actions
Process validation for new product development.
Prepare and lead audits
Approval for 4M change
Implement control plans at all manufacturing stages
Initiation of corrective action and customer complaints
Preparing production scheduling and loading based on customer schedule / priority
Stocks every month for RM/SFG/FG/Consumables
Cross functional team co-ordination

Requirements:
