Internship - Production/ Quality/ Tooling/ Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

Production Intern Responsibilities: The intern will work towards collecting daily production data. They will provide data on any abnormality observed during regular production and assist the supervisors in resolving these issues.
Quality Interns Responsibilities: Actively keeping a check on the quality parameters for all the components being produced. Responsible for ensuring quality procedures are being followed and issues are being reported to QA managers.
Tooling Intern Responsibility: Addressing tool breakdowns and ensuring preventive maintenance of tools is being completed within their stipulated time period. Ensuring all necessary documentation is filled upon initiation and completion of tool room job order.
Maintenance intern Responsibility: Addressing machinery and equipment breakdowns and ensuring preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment is completed within their stipulated time period. Ensuring all necessary documentation is filled upon initiation and completion of maintenance activities.

Ideal candidate profile

0-1 years of experience

Should be located in Mumbai or Mumbai Suburbs

Education qualification: Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics Engineer

Preferred Education qualification: Diploma from CIPET or NTTF

Engineer - Tool room ( Mould Design )

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for new mold design/modification/correction/breakdown (3D/2D).
Responsible for reverse engineering & analysis of what went wrong in mold.
Responsible for internal customer query handling related to any product related issue.
Responsible for monitoring arecordinging manufacturing process respite to deliver.
Responsible for daily/weekly work planning for tool design.
Responsible for cross checkinf existing parts before start design.
Responsible for generating new iinnovationsative in design.
RFQ hit rate improvement.
Tool Development Schedule.
Understand Customer specific requirements.
PPAP requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

3-6 years of work experience in the same feild.
